We provide experienced hospitality staff for a variety of events, across the NC/SC areas, for any client who desires a need to hire our professional wait staff/bartending services at the location of their event. We strive for each client(s) ability to enjoy their invited guests without the stress of serving/bartending, setting-up or wrapping things up, while entertaining. We provide event staffing services to any outdoor, indoor, big, small or private events. We accept a two week up to a twenty-four hour notice, for our experienced staff to come and service your special event date, at a competitive price. Traveling fees are applied to all events outside 30 miles of the Charlotte NC area.
They were wonderful. DeAna called me the day before the outdoor reception and we talked about details and made sure everything was in order which was very reassuring and allowed me to think about other things I needed to handle because DeAna had it covered. DeAna's staff arrived on time and got right to work. We were busy with a "Plan B" for a change in weather on an outdoor event and I didn't have much time to talk with DeAna's staff about where to find things, what to do, etc and they still did a fantastic job keeping my guests happy, keeping the tables and kitchen tidy and in order, and having things like passed items and champagne toast on time. It was so nice to have the extra set of hands allowing me to spend time actually welcoming and hosting guests. At the very beginning of our outdoor event weather turned for the worst and we had wind and heavy rain. Rigo quickly moved the bar under a covered area and kept serving drinks outside. I'm not sure our guests would have stayed to wait-out the weather if he hadn't regrouped so quickly.
It was such a great experience I even plan to use them for smaller gatherings so I can spend more quality time with my guests. Completely worth it!

Although slightly late to the event, provider communicated effectively the entire time, set up swiftly, and began serving immediately. They were kind, professional, and def motivated. On downtime our bartender, Atalia, would bus tables and service people from the table. Super sweet and attentive! I will hire again!

The experience started off positive when the bartender called to confirm the details. However, it took a left turn when she showed up at my event 40 minutes late. Some of my guests chipped in to run the bar until she showed up. She also moved super slow in making drinks.

The owner was wonderful to work with and followed up a few days before the event. The staffing members were only ok. The buffet was arranged in an illogical order. While they did help with set up and clean up, they did not help serve the food as agreed to.
Perhaps things would have unfolded more smoothly if I had allotted more than an hour for set-up. That being said, I was grateful for the help, but disappointed with the execution.

From time to time, people request that we service their events, but lately, we’ve had to declined a few because they were not sensitive to social distancing...and with the current state of our world, we have to take mask-wearing, appropriate distance spacing, and super-vigilante disinfection seriously.
