Watchtower is a Dave Matthews Tribute Band based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The only one of its kind in North Carolina, the band consists of professional musicians from various cover bands around the triad and they will not disappoint in their recreation of the Dave Matthews Band catalog. Led by singer/guitarist Joshua Moyer, a solo acoustic performer who plays a great majority of venues around the Piedmont Triad, the band is rounded out by other virtuosic multi-instrumentalists. They not only will bring you the songs you've grown to love but also the improvisations and jams you've grown to expect out of the live Dave Matthews experience!!
This past August, Watchtower had the pleasure of playing the closing night of the Winston-Salem Open tennis tournament for 3,500 people!! They will also be part of the 2019 Gears and Guitars Fest which features a host of well-known acts including Drive-By Truckers, Dishwalla and Stone Temple Pilots. The band is currently in the process of booking engagements at various venues around the state including The Fillmore Underground (Charlotte, NC), The Deck (Jamestown, NC), The Crown at The Carolina Theatre & The Blind Tiger (Greensboro, NC), and High Rock Outfitters (Lexington, NC).
