Overview
Our services include:
- Hourly event entertainment: Balloon animalls/balloon twisting (each balloon takes 2 -4 minutes depending on the complexity of the design)
- Balloon bouqets we have 3 different delivery packages.
- Balloon installation: We also have install balloon decor for corporate events, festivals, birthday parties, weddings, baby showers, retirement clebrations and more.
- Mobile Spas: Lastly we create amazing Mobile spa party experiences. All you have to provide are the people and food. We do the rest.

Nikayla was amazing! She was early to get to our event, and the kids just loved all the different types of balloon animals, flowers, hearts, swards etc. that she did. Our event lasted 2 hours and she never took a break. Very sweet and great personality. We will definitely be using her again for our next event.

Waterfall Creations was definitely a good choice. She really loves what she does and it shows. So easy to work with and my balloon sculpture was beautiful and made such a great backdrop for the bridal shower and for pictures. I will definitely use her again for future events. Such a pleasant person to work with!

We were more than happy with the balloon twisting skills at Waterfall Creations! She was warm, friendly with an endless smile and so, so patient with the kids who kept going back in line for ANOTHER balloon friend. It was amazing and added so much to our event! I don't think she had a second of down time... the line was constant for 3 hours and so was her smile! I think she truly enjoys what she does, which makes her perfect for this type of event. We have her name/number permanently programmed and will give her name out to anyone who asks for a balloon twister for their next birthday bash or celebration! Thank you again. Nikayla, was on time and ready to go. She was very pleasant and made beautiful balloon animals for the kids. They loved it so much! She even left some for the rest of the Open House because it was open until 4:00 which was very nice. I will definitely use her again!!!

Absolute nightmare to work with.. I have never had so many issues with a vendor.
Our finance department was unable to contact her to verify payment information (which she was demanding on a regular basis). Very sketchy and bailed at the last minute. Save yourself the grief and find someone else for your event.

Hello Brooke,
I am so sorry that you had a bad experience with our company. Due to all the moving parts of an event date our company policy is that we cannot receive a check or any payment the day of the event. When ordering custom decor I have to have adequate time to place my orders for your decor to provide you with the best service. Since we started planning for your event on November 6th for your December Grand opening, I believed we would come to a payment arrangement for the deposit by November the 25th at the latest since the invoice was sent on the 12th of November. I wish I could have held off longer to recieve payment but that might have cause too large of a delay in the inventory we needed. I never received an email or call/text stating that your finance department was trying to get a hold of me. I would have surely called them if I had known this. Unfortunately event dates cannot be held until a deposit is made, that is the industry standard.

All I can say is wow. The talent and the attitude…she was so good with the kids!! And then stayed to fulfill her time to entertain the adults. Waterfall Creatiom started off in 2016 by helping nonprofits decorate for events. Now we go to events set up shut down and provide a variety of differnt services with excellent execution. We love creating experiences for all types of events and adding that extra customized piece for you and your guest to appreciate.

We include everything you need to have a successful event. We will set up a confrence call or you can email us.
