Sui and her partner did a fantastic job! Before the event she was professional and prompt in communication and very open to suggested songs for our Christmas party. During our event they arrived early to set up and prepare and played non-stop for 2 hours straight. Added a lot of atmosphere and we enjoyed their performances very much. To top it all off they learned to play a personal favorite song that I had requested, highlight of the night! Would highly recommend.

Sui Shimokawa is currently a student at the University of Texas at Austin, focusing on violin studies under Brian Lewis. Actively participating in the UTSO orchestra, she contributes to its dynamic performances. Sui is experienced in chamber music and previously was chosen as the people's choice winners in the local Coltman chamber competition.
Her musical versatility extends to various genres, including pop and any other genre of music. Outside of her musical pursuits, Sui enjoys trying out new restaurants, swimming, traveling, and thrifting. She values spending quality time with loved ones, maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life both within and beyond music.
I am able to provide myself with my musical stand and music books. I ask for chairs to be set up if an ensemble is your preference.
