With over 15 years of experience in the dynamic hospitality industry, I have had the privilege of working across a diverse spectrum of establishments, ranging from upscale fine dining establishments to lively dive bars and charming family-run restaurants. This rich and varied journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of the nuances that define exceptional service.

Following a rewarding phase as a stay-at-home mom while raising two wonderful children, I embarked on a personal quest to enhance the quality of service experiences at various dining establishments and events. It became apparent that many service providers were missing the mark when it came to the fundamental "Five Steps of Service." This realization ignited a passion within me to make a difference.

Several years later, I ventured into the world of mobile bartending, catering to a wide array of events, including birthdays, anniversary celebrations, and more. During this time, I frequently found myself invited into the homes of gracious hosts, witnessing firsthand the challenges they faced in balancing hosting duties with enjoying quality time with their guests. It was during these moments that the concept for Walker Works Event Services was conceived.
