I hired "What Comes Next" for a private event birthday party in May. They were awesome! I highly recommend them as a great entertainment option for your private event whether it be personal or corporate.
All of them are very talented musicians- they all sing too! Great cross section of upbeat music to get your party going from artists such as Heart, Fleetwood Mac, Eddie Money, Blue Oyster Cult, Shania Twain, Dwight Yokum, Blondie, and my personal favorite, Journey. They are on time, very professional, very interactive with the crowd, and very personable. I hate to single any one of them out but the lead singer, Kelly can really belt it out! What an incredible voice and vocal range!
I highly recommend "What Comes Next" for your event. You won't be disappointed and I can guarantee your guests will tell you they had a blast!
We just hired them for a Christmas party at our home and it was a great experience!
- On time
- Polite and professional
- Smaller set up available for inside the home
- Great setlist (also took a special request!)
- All the guests enjoyed them
- Reasonably priced
10/10 - would recommend and hire again!
What Comes Next played our 13th Annual Caruthers Harvest Social this past weekend and the compliments keep coming in. They are versatile, talented musicians that play a wide range of music, and do it well. Their female lead singer is certainly the focus of the band, but throughout the performance every band member has a chance to take the spotlight and show their individual singing and playing talents. I've had numerous requests to bring them back next year. Two thumbs up!

Professional music, Professional sound, Extraordinary experience!
It all started in The Hillmans' living room, March of 2019. With Kelly leading on vocals, Brian on Drums and the help of close friend, guitarist Dene Seal, What Comes Next was formed. Auditions were held for a Bass player and after one look at his polished stage presence, and hearing the booming bottom end of seasoned musician, Frankie "Frankie Rocker" Munoz, the decision was easy! Brian added his talents on vocals, synthesizers and a signature Keytar to the instrumental mix.
After a few shows Brian decided that with him primarily managing sound and production it would be best to bring in a new drummer. Cole Souza was added to the group and the trio became a quartet. With diligent rehearsals and a natural chemistry, the group gained popularity. During the Covid 19 closures, WCN performed and hosted for other groups from all around the Central Valley many live streamed shows from Jackson's Roadhouse in Clovis CA and even their own beautiful Mountain back yard.
A year later, Dene decided his personal plate was getting full and reluctantly handed the reigns of Lead Guitar over to newcomer, Guitarist and Vocalist Tyler Kavookjian. Shortly after, Cole decided to move out of the area. The very talented Michael McMeans was quickly tapped to fill the large shoes left by Cole. When his audition included the stellar licks of Rush's Tom Sawyer we knew we had a winner!
A season passed and we yearned to play more intricate and complex music, so the net was cast to add a second guitar player. The amazing Chris Elkins joined the ranks as the newest member.
What Comes Next now has six multitalented members. As we've evolved, so have our harmonies and vocal additions from each member!
