Recommend and select any necessary vendors ( Caterer, Bartender, Baker, DJ or Band, Photographer or videographer...etc.).
Develop a detailed pre-planning timeline and a day of itinerary.
Be the main point of contact for all vendors.
Ensure the agenda for the day is followed, Setup of cosmetic décor (guest favors, swag bag, menu cards, etc.)
Develop a flow and floor plan design.
On-site from prep to the end of the celebration, acting as the main point of contact for any concerns or questions.
