As a former classroom teacher, I have witnessed the decline in student behavior, moral, and academic performance. As I looked to build relationships with my students as well as their parents, I began to research effective best practices which led to the creation of a Social and Emotional Learning program that targets adolescents titled, Who Are You? A Guide to Help Adolescents Navigate Through the Social and Emotional Issues of Life. I give others insight on how addressing the social and emotional wellbeing of our children lead to more productive adults.
