Wildheart is a cross-genre cover band formed by Lisa Ellis, whose strong and dynamic vocals help drive the group’s energetic performances. Drawing inspiration from artists like Heart, Fleetwood Mac, CCR, Eagles, Linda Ronstadt, The Rolling Stones, James Taylor, Joni Mitchell, and Stevie Wonder, Wildheart blends an eclectic mix of rock, pop, and soul into a captivating live experience. The band is currently working on a tribute to the music of Linda Ronstadt.
The band features the multi-talented Craig Stegall on lead and backup vocals, guitar, saxophone, and mandolin; the multi-skilled John Maniaci (our media expert) on keyboards, guitar, and backup vocals; Bobby “Bobby Cee” Contreras on drums (formerly with Rogue); and Gil Roman on bass and backup vocals.

About Lisa Ellis: Lisa has performed in musical theater, rock bands, country bands and jazz combos. Her musical influences include Barbara Streisand, Heart, Adele, Celine Dion, Diana Krall, Linda Ronstadt and Patsy Cline. An articulate and expressive musical storyteller, Lisa possesses a powerful and rich voice that has been compared to top artists and described eloquently by fans as "smooth as butter" and "all at once angelic and smoky ’40s night club.”
Starting her professional career in a lounge at John Ascuaga's Nugget in Sparks, Nevada, Lisa went on to perform with several different bands over the years varying from country to rock to jazz. She also ventured into musical theater, performing lead roles in Evita, Follies and Carousel.
