Will Mefford has been performing for public events, swing dances, private parties, and restaurants in Tennessee and Michigan for 10 years, including a 5 year stint playing a weekly solo and duo act at Silvio's Organic Pizza in Ann Arbor and two years playing regularly in quintets at Craw Daddy's in Cookeville. He prefers to improvise on the Great American Song Book, drawing from the styles of great Jazz pianists such as Duke Ellington, Oscar Peterson, and Bill Evans. His style is perfect for filling the room with a good vibe at a low key event or providing thoughtful entertainment.
Mr. Mefford added a lot of levity and ambiance to our office party. He was prompt, and easy to work with. At the end of the party everyone said how much the enjoyed the added music this year. We will definitely be booking him for future events.
