We are a local family owned EP company, that incorporates traditional family recipes with a modern twist. We have a passion for cooking, drinking & bringing people together!
Aaron has been in the food & beverage industry for over 10 years, he started out as a dishwasher and worked his way up every station up to Manager. He has experience in cooking, bartending & creating new recipes.
Ashlee has over 15 years experience in customer service, 5 years in the food & beverage industry. Her husband is a Navy vet who served 10 years and she is now pursuing her dream of owning a family business. She prides herself and company on giving the best customer service as it seems that not too many people give attention to customers and their needs nowadays.
Together we are Wisenheimers, a company looking to make your event less stressful and give you time to enjoy it without worrying about food or service. We look forward to being a part of your special day.

We do not have a TABC license to SELL liquor, beer or wine. So the host of the party will have to supply what they would like at their event. However, we do bring garnishes, cups, mixers, straws for a small additional fee based on the number of guests. We charge and additional $25 per hour after the quoted time. We can prepare a special cocktail menu for your event.
