Her innovative perspectives and engagement with her audience make her perfect for keynotes, conferences, professional development opportunities and workshops. She has worked with non-profits, law enforcement, juvenile justice, education, businesses, community based organizations, and government agencies.

Not only can Leah think outside the box, she facilitates others seeing the possibilities and “positivities” of being there too. Her speaking and teaching style is one that allows for self-discovery at a deeper level. All of her presentations, from 45 minutes to two-full days, allow participants to walk away with skills they can use immediately. She prides herself on her ability to meet people where they are and take them even further than they ever thought possible!

Additionally, Leah provides systemic solutions as a mentor-coach to all levels of service organizations to ensure the needs of diverse peoples are met and exceeded. Her experience includes professional and organizational development, consultant services, individual coaching, and systems analysis and restructuring.

Leah’s deep passion is driven by her life experience and belief that all people can play nicely in the sandbox. She holds a BA in psychology, M.Ed. in Education/Special Education, and an almost PhD in Educational Leadership & Administration. She also holds an honorary degree from the School Hard Knocks and Rise Above University.

I like to have technology available - the ability to use a projector (I bring my own laptop).

A lapel mic, if a mic is required, is best. I'm not a stationary presenter. Please have an effective sound system!

I always use an easel with a white board or a large white board on the wall because I use active learning and that requires being able to write and draw for clarity or expansion or fun.
