Vision Board Classes- This class is on seeing your visit and parting it to paper so it can be realized.
Letter to the Different parts of You. - In this talk/workshop i guide the participant in discovering and giving voice to the parts within that have been running them. I guide them in start to take control of their lives.
EFT/Tapping - In this workshop I introduce this powerful modality that assist in mental, spiritual and physical healing through using your finger tips and tapping on certain energy points while talking through a problem. Its eqivalent to talk therapy and accupuncture together.
I'm a registered nurse diagnosed with AIDS in 1993. I had used drugs in the early 80's to cope with the incest I had experienced with my father as a child.
My mission in life today is to hold a space for women to find their inner stength to live full lives despite where the have been. I do this by providing workshops, accountability sessions where I help them reach their goals through different modalities that i use.
