Having started piping at age 10, Liam quickly rose through the ranks of competitive bagpiping until winning the World Championships in Glasgow, Scotland at age 18. Amidst a Naval Career that brought Liam to Virginia Beach, he continued to compete, placing 5th at the World Championships in 2018.
