Yamilet is a professional cellist, and has been providing background music for wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours, business parties, banquets, even birthday parties and funerals for the past 15 years! Music selections range from classical music to classic rock, pop and light jazz styles, Spanish, and even movie/TV themes. Special requests are accepted! Ensemble instrumentation can vary from solo cello to a cello/piano duo, string trio or quartet with violins and viola. Guitar and harp are also possible options.

Yamilet played as a duet for our wedding. She played the cello and we also had a keyboard. It was beautiful. They both played my specific 3 songs for the ceremony and then for the cocktail hour. Is was perfect! Loud enough for everyone to hear but soft enough that people could converse. It was my exact vision and I'm so glad we hired them.
Yamilet did a fantastic job at my wedding this past weekend playing during the ceremony and then played modern covers throughout the cocktail hour. She was even able to incorporate my special request of playing the Jurassic Park theme song at one point. I received many compliments from our guests who all agreed that she and her piano accompaniment did a beautiful job.
She was there on time and played the time she was supposed to. The only thing is that they were playing too soft and people could barely hear the music in the ceremony and cocktail hour. But the people that were next to her said they played good. Just wish everyone could have hear them.and enjoy it too.

We hired Yamilet for our wedding at the First Congregational Church in Winter Park and she was amazing. I wasn't sure how a solo cello would sound for our ceremony.
