Before Event
Gets the entertainment/presenter schedule from the event planner
Requests an input list and stage plot from the bands/performers via email
Checks on the power access at the event site
Packs up the speakers, cables, mics, and if necessary a generator
Day of Event
Sets up all speakers, mics, cables, mixers, and generator(s)
Mixes the sound for the event
Records event audio with a mobile studio setup
Packs everything up at the end of the event
After Event
Delivers audio recording(s) to videographers and the event planner in raw, mixed, and/or mastered formats.
