If an audience came to see me they would get an authentic talk about my struggles an journey into yoga, how I discovered this wonderful entity. I teach yoga for beginners and intermediate and enjoy speaking about the endless possibilities for a yoga client. I explain in my talk real life stories about clients who have experienced the beauty and benefits of yoga.
I began teaching yoga 9 years ago and enjoy speaking and introducing yoga to a variety of people through the use of talk. Yoga helps to relieve stress and helps to reduce anxiety as a whole. My personal journey as well as many of my client’s stories are an inspiration.
