Events are customized to the clients' needs. Classes run for an hour and can include breath work and meditation if desired. All classes are accessible to any level and any age. Melanie's classes include many styles of music including Beatles Yoga. Classes are destressing and fun, filled with music and humor.
Yoga In Your Home/ Yoga On The Go offers classes for all levels of participants and all ages. Events are customized to the clients' needs. Melanie Bellock is a 500 Level fully certified and insured yoga instructor with over 30 years experience. She is also a Yoga Professor at Waubonsee Community College and College of DuPage.
