Artists all have over 10 years of professional experience and can draw over 15 people per hour.

Melita Lewis founded Your Caricature in 2006. This talented artist has been sketching people for most of her life, completing her first portrait at the age of two. Since then, Melita has honed her passion into a professional career as a caricature artist. After obtaining her Bachelors of Fine Arts, Melita learned to draw caricatures while working at a pushcart in the streets of Boston. She later moved to California where she worked in Hollywood’s Universal Studios and further studied at the Animation Guild under former Disney Artists. Both experiences led her to perfect her quick and linear drawing techniques. Today, Melita loves nothing more than putting pen to paper to craft humorous sketches that keep guests entertained.

Please provide a suitable performance area to perform caricatures. We usually need about 6x6' of space per artist, with adequate lighting to see your guests or please provide a power supply (if the area is not lighted sufficiently) Please provide 3 (dining height) chairs with backs and one table. The table can be any size but rectangular or square is preferred. Picnic tables are not acceptable.
All our Artists need to uphold public health standards. Artists will need access to a functional restroom with soap and warm running water. Portable toilets and outhouses without running water are unacceptable in most cases.
If booking digital caricatures, all items listed above are important and the area needs to be sheltered on top and sides from sun, wind, rain, etc. Digital equipment needs access to power and an indoor environment to work correctly.
