Zach and James were an amazing addition to our corporate event! Their music selection was both mellow and upbeat. During their breaks they played whichever type of background music we wanted to keep the event rolling. The "vibe" of our event was a networking/mingling between our employees and clients, and I received so many compliments throughout the evening on this duo! I will be definitely keeping them on my list of vendors for future events.
Zach and James performed at our vow renewal yesterday afternoon. They exceeded my expectations in every aspect. They kept great communication preceeding and up to the beginning of our event. We had a holiday party at my place for our medical group and Zach and James were perfect. They played a great mix of popular and holiday songs and they sounded so great. Communication was simple prior to the party and they setup without any questions. Will definitely consider having them again!
Zach and James were great at communicating prior to the event, arrived on time, set up promptly, and were ready to do everything they could to make our event lovely. They are both very talented and exceeded our expectations for soothing contemporary music for our guests. I wish I'd had time to just sit and listen.

Zach and James arrived early without any issues. They were prompt to set up without interrupting the party. We asked them if they would learn a song from the movie Coco that wasn't on their list and they agreed. They performed it and it sounded perfect. Zach and James are both easy to work with, and are very flexible. Depending on what kind of event you are hosting, they are prepared to provide background music, or a performance where the focus is on them. They come with all the equipment they need, and the only thing you need to provide is a source of electricity. (Zach and James are also available to play when no sources of electricity are available, though the sound range is limited.)
Zach Anderson is originally from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, but now calls Central Florida his home. Born into a musical family, Zach has been surrounded by music all his life, and began taking singing lessons at a young age. When he was in college at the University of Central Florida, he further shaped his musicianship by learning guitar, and the rest is history. Some of Zach’s many musical accomplishments include leading South Lake high school's marching band to state competition as drum major, and most recently, co-founding Voicebox, a collegiate a cappella group that was ranked 4th at the International Championships of Collegiate A Cappella during his membership.
James Hartsfield discovered his love for piano as a young boy and began taking lessons at the age of 5. He blossomed as a young musician, playing at many recitals; eventually joining his middle school band and mastering the euphonium. James went on to play baritone in his high school marching band, rising through the ranks to become Band Captain his senior year. While at UCF, he started the Dwayne Marrett Trio and went on to play at venues around the Central Florida area such as weddings, galas, and even for the local jazz radio station 89.9. One of his many musical accomplishments includes the award for Best Soloist at the Lakeside Jazz Festival.
Zach and James met in college while playing in a worship band for a campus ministry. After graduating, the talented duo began playing for weddings, parties, and other events in the Central Florida area. Their combined talents and love for music are what makes their quality of musicianship insurmountable.
Zach and James will bring a sound system, a bose tower speaker, an electric keyboard, 1-2 mics, and an acoustic guitar. If you need to make announcements or speeches during our set, you are welcome to use our microphone. If no electricity is available, we also have a smaller-range battery-only setup, and if no amplification is allowed we have an acoustic set-up as well.
