We are so glad we hired Zach to photograph our small wedding. We were initially drawn to the images we saw on his website, his use of color, and beautiful composition. Despite it being a late November day, the weather cooperated and we were even able to do a quick shoot before the ceremony. Zach made us feel at ease and the photos are a reflection of that: natural poses, genuine expressions, and beautiful candid shots. We got our images within 2 weeks and can't stop looking at them. Hiring Zach was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding and we can't recommend him enough!

Zach was so much fun to work with at our wedding! He instantly put us at ease and brought out the best in our group - even outside on a muggy, 90 degree August day. His photos have so much energy and feel exactly like being at our wedding. I can't recommend him enough!

I usually feel like I look so awkward in photos, but going through the wedding photos Zach took has been such a joy! He was so kind and considerate during the shoot, and I couldn’t be happier. He knew exactly how to bring out the best in every subject he photographed, and captured so many moments in such a beautiful and artistic way. The day of the wedding there was some seriously strong wind, and I was worried about how that would affect everything, but Zach knew just how to make that work and got some really dynamic shots. I will cherish these photos forever. I could not recommend him any more.

I feel like Zach held everything together! We were initially drawn to Zach's work from his website, where we loved his photos and his ability to tell a story. His description also stood out to me in that he seemed real and down to earth. I admit on our engagement shoot that I was a little awkward in front of the camera, but he definitely helped me out and I was surprised at how beautiful and natural our photos looked even with my awkwardness. By the time our wedding came around, I felt more relaxed because it was like we had a friend taking our photos. I was glad to have his cool and collected energy around in the midst of all the stress. On top of that, I couldn't tell you how many times Zach stepped in to help in random situations-from fixing ties to communication, he was there for us. I can honestly say that he was the most valuable vendor in our wedding. After the wedding, we received our photos so fast and it was so special for us to be able to relive the wedding through the pictures while we were on our honeymoon. I was most pleased with the candid moments that Zach captured. As a dancer, I am interested in the movement and artistry in photos and I love how Zach is able to capture and convey the feeling of your day. We will cherish his photos forever! Some weeks ago my husband and I had our courthouse wedding in Chicago, the same day of our twelve-year anniversary. We invited our closest friends and they gave us an amazing surprise: they hired a photographer, Zach. We are so grateful to our friends and Zach because now we have great pictures to remember our special day.

Zach was simply the best. He had so much patience (hey, we are not used to take directions for photos) and so many great ideas. Even though it was a cold day, we really enjoyed walking around Chicago and taking wonderful pictures guided by him. We are definitely asking Zach to take photos for our wedding reception next year.

Our best wedding decision was to chose Zach as our wedding photographer.

Zach was incredible. He has very honest pricing, and it never felt for a second that we were being taking advantage of because it was a wedding.

On the day of our wedding, he went above and beyond just being a wedding photographer. He arrived early and helped us finish up decorating the reception hall. He has a great attitude and way of engaging with people. My husband and I and our guests instantly felt completely comfortable around him.

We got married at the South Shore Cultural Center. Zach took us outside right after the ceremony to capture some of the most beautiful pictures with waves crashing on Lake Michigan and light from an incredible sunset in the background.

Two days after our wedding he had our pictures ready and they are STUNNING. He captured everything, from every angle. The hysterical laughs, the happy tears, the funky dance moves, the intimate glances. Looking at the pictures, you would think there were multiple photographers.

We can not say enough AMAZING things about Zach!!! On as hectic a day as a wedding day, Zach was patient, professional, and kind. He captured amazing shots that we never dreamed we would have. He captured special candid moments, he gracefully organized group shots, and he checked in with my husband and I throughout to ensure we were getting exactly what we had anticipated. On top of it all, he returned our pictures to us within DAYS! We are having a blast sharing Zach's incredible, unique, and beautiful pictures with family and friends. My husband and I could not be happier with how our photos turned out for our wedding! Zach is incredibly talented. He has an eye for originality that's hard to find making our wedding photos seem like one in a million. He was professional, organized, and even showed up a tad early and was able to snag a few photos of my bridesmaids and I before the ceremony. Zach was wonderful to work with, and we are so thrilled with how all of our wedding photos turned out. He had some preview photos ready within 2 days of our wedding and had all of them back to us by the time we returned from our honeymoon. One of the things I appreciate most about Zach's photography is in how he captures people and moments - he doesn't rely on finding over-the-top backgrounds or contrived poses in order to make a great photo - instead, he somehow manages to transform seemingly ordinary moments into simply extraordinary photos. I hired Zach for a few hours for a Fun Filled High Energy 50th Birthday Party. Zach navigated the crowded rooms with ease as he graciously approached guests for photographs both candid and posed. Zach had a nice calm and approachable disposition as he quietly and professionally fit in as he took so many memorable photographs for the family to enjoy for a lifetime.

Zach did an amazing job jumping in and photographing our daughter's bat mitzvah. He was on time, professional, took great photos, and shared them with us the morning after the party. Zach took initiative, and captured great moments and great memories. We will DEFINITELY use him again!

I am so glad I hired Zach for my wedding. We wanted a no-frills photographer, who would capture the important moments of our 50-person wedding, without interfering in them. Zach was the best. He was professional and easy to work with, helped me customize my photo package to make it financially feasible and practical, yet ideal for my wedding. He captured some beautiful photos that my husband and I will always cherish.And he was generally so likable, that I think by the end of the reception, my wedding guests had kind of befriended him. But most importantly, I had the electronic copies of my photos in 1 week!! So awesome!

Hands down, Zach is the best! Great to work with and very happy with our photos. Our wedding was Sept 23, 2017. We don’t live in Chicago so we FaceTimed with Zach to “meet” him and make sure he was a good fit for us. He even gave us a recommendation for a harpist for our ceremony. Our photos were back to us incredibly quickly too. We highly recommend Zach, you won’t be disappointed!

I hired Zach to photograph my daughter's wedding in Rockford. She'd planned on an outdoor wedding and then a unseasonably cold hard rain moved in on her wedding day. Zach did a fantastic job under difficult circumstances. He had to contend with the rain, cold, shivering subjects in a hurry to get to the warm tent, adapting to our "Plan B" that evolved a bit on the fly, and then working predominantly inside a crowded tent with lighting that was less than ideal. Nonetheless the photos came out beautifully. My daughter was elated when she saw them, and she normally dislikes photos of herself. Zach brought the ideal combination of unobtrusiveness yet confidence and the ability to guide us along. He was also a really cool guy who we'd have enjoyed having at the party as a guest, i.e. he fit right in with us and we enjoyed his presence, which helped us not feel self-concious during the photography process. Highly recommended!

We booked Zach for our wedding the first weekend of March. He is incredibly personable and easy to connect with prior to the event. Zach responds to emails quickly and answers all of your questions promptly. He is relaxed and easy-going which is exactly what a bride (and mother of the bride) need in a photographer. He arrived on time and was ready to go the minute he got there. Zach fulfilled all of our wedding photograph desires and he succeeded in surpassing all of our expectations. You cannot beat his pricing, especially for the amazing quality...it's a steal. Also worth noting is the fact that Zach is willing to travel. He came 5 hours for our wedding and never complained a single moment. We will certainly keep Zach in mind for any future engagements where a photographer is necessary. We actually booked Zach last minute for our courthouse wedding (2 weeks before the big day!) and Zach was incredible the whole time! From the moment we began negotiating terms for the photos, to the wedding day itself, Zach remained kind, courteous, and went above and beyond to be understanding and accommodating. Zach captured my daughter's baptism last Saturday and he did what he promised. He delivered superb. From church to the reception, he captured them all and the pictures were beautiful and meaningful. It was very solemn and meaningful photos that you can imagine. Thanks again and very highly recommended. I will definetely use him again.

Zach Caddy served at our wedding with top notch technical quality and professionalism that is unprecedented from other wedding photographers I know. I never once felt the photography took away from our ceremony, and I could rely on him to get the shots we wanted, and even some we didn't know we wanted! It was so easy to work with Zach because he is a low stress guy, while he also takes his job very seriously. He's comfortable to work with, kind, intelligent, and has a good eye for a great shot.

I was so impressed with the images, I wanted to share them almost immediately. He shoots in a much more natural style, using natural light in most all cases, and with a narrow depth-of-field. It's very artistic and clean. Zach also post-processes the images and filters out the duds so it's easy to look at the keepers. There are upwards of 400 photos from the wedding that he captured for us. We are so blessed to have had Zach shoot our wedding.

I found Zach online and contacted him. He got back with me and helped me the planning of my proposal in downtown Chicago. He captured it perfectly and took amazing pics that we are so grateful for. He was a complete professional. I checked out several local photographers. I liked his images the most and he nailed it fantastically. I highly recommend him.

Beautiful pictures, elegant and stylish. As for the photographer, he was willing to meet with us prior, adaptable, and creative when it came to getting the shots just right. The wedding photos were edited and given to us between 2 weeks after wedding. He was insightful, a good listener, and determined to get good shots but not at the expense of our wedding environment. Highly recommend, I will hopefully use him again.
