Zan Fiskum and Alec Shaw

This is the Alec Shaw Band with Zan Fiskum and other talented band mates. They were the headliners for our annual McAlapalooza backyard music festival celebrating the guitars of my husband. We had an afternoon of open mic with some very talented singer songwriters. Alec and Zan and band closed out the evening and wowed the crowd. We have had our concerts for fourteen years and the musicianship, arrangements and songwriting of this young band thrilled our friends and neighbors. They played for an hour or so, all originals with rich harmonies. They had drums, bass, two guitars, piano and trombone.
We will say we knew them when!!! Hire this band! We hope to have them back or see them again in the future. Thanks for a truly wonderful evening!!!

Zan and Alex provided the Perfect music for our event. They were timely, professional, and gave us one musical treat after another. They sang covers as well as their own original music. All of it was easy to listen to--well balanced, blended vocals, and smooth guitar accompaniments. If you wanted to listen and focus on them, Or just engage in a conversation and have wonderful background music---either worked! As soon as they began to perform, the atmosphere of the party became more fun and special. If you want to add something fabulous to your event, I'd recommend Zan and Alec.

Zan and Alec were amazing! Great to work with and they even learned a bunch 10+ songs for our event. Couldn't have had a better time!
