Basic Information & Deposit Agreement

Access to Location: Our zoos need to have easy access to the setup area. Access should allow the animal trailer to pull up close- within 50 feet- to unload the animals, set up materials, and all other equipment used for your zoo. If your zoo is in the backyard, please keep a parking spot with easy access open near your setup area. Please do not have your guests park the trailer in. Additional setup time is required for parties located more than 50 feet (4 car parking spaces) from the trailer parking spot.

Cleanup: Our staff brings a pooper scooper to clean up the pony ride areas during and after your event. Small animals make very small messes and we cannot scoop up all the small animal pens that are set up outside in the grass. Petting Zoos on paved areas are set up with bedding which is swept and removed at the end of the animal's visit.

Deposit Agreement: Party deposits are non-refundable. In the event of adverse weather (lightning, heavy downpour, ice, etc.)/ Act of God on your event date, pony rides will not be offered. Drizzle and light rain, we still offer pony rides. Petting Zoos can be set up in any sheltered area such as a garage, tent, covered deck, park pavilion, walk-out basement, etc.
If you choose to postpone or cancel your party or event due to weather, party deposits are transferrable to another available date and time slot up to 1 year from the original reserved date. Refunds are only issued in the event that we cancel a party due to unsafe travel or road conditions or Acts of God.
