Disappointed at the videos. In the only video with me and kids, you can only see from the eyes or the forehead and up. 8 minutes from their departure he said the videos did not come out correctly and asked if we wanted to redo them. He took a video of his wife in the same space of my home and said thus is how it should look. My question is why didn't he test it and make sure. If space is not adequate then how was the wife able to get a video in the same space? I'm sadly disappointed because my twins will only have one 14th bday. A photo booth is great for a birthday, but please make sure the company is doing their due diligence to ensure a successful outcome.
