Mike and Skip are two fun loving guys that have great harmony singing classic hits from The Everly Brothers, The Beatles, CCR, Elvis, Johnny Cash, Simon & Garfunkel, and so much more! Check out the music and videos on the 3 Shades Facebook page @3ShadesofGray. Birthday party, retirement party, nursing homes, campgrounds-they have played them all with a great variety of family-friendly music!
Mike and Skip, otherwise knows as 3 Shades of Gray, make any event a lively one. They played at my retirement party and I have seen them in other venues as well. The music they play are the classics and I can sing along to most of them. They make you laugh in between songs and it is very easy to see that this is what these two men really enjoy doing. If you haven't had the opportunity to see them, take advantage the next time you find them near you. They will make you smile and hum for many days after!
Response from 3 Shades of Gray:
Thanks for your support Lori-hope you are enjoying retirement!
3 Shades of Gray is one of our absolute favorite entertainers at our facility! Residents as well as staff really enjoy when they come to play for us and always request them to come back. Their music selection is awesome, they are so talented and just a joy to work with!
Response from 3 Shades of Gray:
Thanks Kristina! We love seeing the faces and the singing and dancing whenever we are “Down by the Riverside”:)
It is especially heart warming when we those struggling with memory and physical issues “come to life” when they hear a favorite song from their younger years
