Hi! We are 5 by 5. We have 5 performers, hence the name!

Our trumpet and horn player is Will Hertz. Will is a trumpet player for Hoover First Edition and the first chair horn player for Hoover Symphonic Winds, along with several other community ensembles, such as Alabama Symphony Youth Orchestra. He is an avid musician and composer, having composed many piano and horn pieces. He is also in the Engineering Academy at Hoover and is looking to double major in Aerospace Engineering and Music Performance at Auburn.

Our trombone player is Ian Smith. Ian is a trombone player for Hoover First Edition and Hoover Symphonic Winds. (More coming soon)

Our alto and tenor saxophone player is Jordan Curtis. Jordan is an active member of the Hoover Jazz and Symphonic band programs, having started his jazz career on alto before switching to tenor, but staying on alto for symphonic band. (More coming soon)

Our DJ and alto saxophone player is Dalton Dismukes. Dalton is a saxophonist for the Hoover Jazz program as well as for Symphonic Winds. He is also a drum major at Hoover, leading them in their defending season as state champions. He also is a well-known member of the choral and theatrical departments at Hoover, and has even played parts in a few movies himself. He even has his own page on IMDb! (More coming soon)
