I ordered and confirmed a 20x30 tent. I was quoted one price to get the job and the price went up once I told them I needed it over the patio.
They couldn't give me a time frame for when they would come to set up so I had to empty my large patio of all furniture amd potted plants to my grass first thing in the morning and wait. They arrived about 3.
They did not bring the tent I ordered. Said they had to give me 2 tents that equaled the same sq footage. If I wanted my event pieced together I would have ordered that. It was not a good look and I lucked out that it didn't rain and my guests were not wet between them.
They were supposed to pick up yesterday so again I emptied my patio moving everything to my lawn and waited. I called and left 2 messages that have not yet been returned. I moved things back to my patio again this morning because my grass is going to die with all of this stuff on it.
Left another message a couple of hours ago, still nothing.
Everyone I spoke with, when they answer, has been very nice. They seem to want to do the right thing but struggle to come through.
