Absolute Ladies recently provided bartending and food service at my wedding reception. During discussions before hire, Jazmyne was very prompt in her responses; however, this drastically changed after placing the deposit. Once I placed the deposit, I heard nothing from her until I reached out and then it took a few days to actually make contact with her. During that conversation, she commented that she would have the menu to me by the end of the weekend, but it took two weeks and a follow up message to receive the menu. I immediately responded with questions/suggestions, and never heard back from her. I heard from her the day of the wedding confirming that she and the second person would be there for the event. I cannot speak to whether she arrived on time, but I introduced myself to her after the ceremony. She was pleasant and professional, and clued me in to a shortage of bourbon which we were able to fix. She had initially mentioned that she would be able to help serve in the buffet line during dinner service, but was slow to actually help out. I also had several individuals mention that there was no one at the bar when they attempted to get a drink, later in the evening. I personally had this experience also.

Overall, Absolute Ladies was a good value for the provided services; however, I wish that communication and professionalism had been better throughout the process.
