My husband and I hired Alec for our intimate backyard wedding at a restaurant in Brooklyn. Alec was so lovely and easy to work with from start to finish. He learned a couple songs for us, which were beautiful to hear in person. I would absolutely recommend working with Alec, and I hope to hire him again in the future!
We were absolutely delighted with Alec, he was brilliant in the buildup to my proposal with great communication and when it came to the actual event he was absolutely perfect, a fantastic artist with a great voice!

Alec did an amazing job playing our wedding. He played an acoustic set for our ceremony and sang for the cocktail hour. He created an atmosphere that was everything we hoped for - warm, inviting, and filled with beautiful sound. We loved it, and got so many compliments from our guests and family. Alec was so easy to work with, and I can’t recommend him enough. He is incredibly talented, flexible, and is a delightful partner in making an event go smoothly.
Alec's performance was even better than I had expected. He made the event so special and catered towards my husband's birthday which I appreciated. He was a great performer, his set list was perfect, and he allowed song requests from the group. He only took one very short break for a breather and played a little extra for us! We had the best nite with Alec performing in our backyard!!! (Even the neighbors got to enjoy him ;)

Alec was fun, beautiful voice, professional, and really kicked our Memorial Day BBQ up a notch. He played a good range of tunes and even let one of our more musically inclined guests accompany him on the kettle drum. I couldn't resist picking up a tambourine on one tune myself! Fun! We booked Alec to play at our Wedding this past August. He was AMAZING!! We received so many compliments on his performance. He was professional and truly made our wedding magical. I would recommend booking Alec now before he becomes famous!! A++++++
Alec played for a birthday party at our home. He was outside on our patio and he sounded great, prepared/learned some requests that my wife sent to him. He never took a break and agreed to stay late. He had our guests completely entertained and made us look really smart for finding him. He is pleasant and great to work with and had several additional pieces (kick-drum, etc...) that enhanced the music. Would hire him again in a second.
