    My sister and I hired Sydney to sing 3 songs at a celebration of life gathering, honoring our parents. She played, Both Sides Now (Joni Mitchell), Hallelujah (Leonard Cohen), and You Say Nothing at All (Alison Krauss, Union Station). Her voice is so very beautiful and her guitar playing was spot on. I feel really fortunate to have found Sydney, as she helped create the vibe we were aiming for - soulful, contemplative, and a perfect mix of uplifting and a little somber. In the planning and coordination of details, Sydney was incredibly responsive, and so easy to work with. I only wished I had recorded the performances, so as to be able to look back and share.
