I am a singing/guitarist living in Brooklyn. My main repertoire is pretty much classic rock songs. Chuck Berry, Sam Cooke, Elvis, Beatles, Stones, Dylan, Kinks, Doors, Faces, (link hidden)x, Bowie, Leon Russel, Pretenders, Aerosmith, Kiss, etc... I can also sing some songs in French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, and Japanese. I have some original songs (all English) as well. I can create a party atmosphere with these stuff. I can also bring a lead guitarist or an accordion player or both on request.

Feel good acoustic rock. Global atmosphere.
Kaz was born in Yamaguchi, Japan. Picked up his father's old guitar which was abandoned in the attic, he blew the dust off it and started playing at the age of 13. Started writing his own songs at 14. Wowed the crowd at the talent show in school at 15. Joined a rock band and started playing in local clubs at 16.
At 18, moved to Tokyo where he joined another rock band and continued to write songs and of course to party.
Moved to London for two years, that was when he learned Queen's English and Guinness. It was around the time when Morrissey put out "Vauxhall and I" album.
After traveling through Paris and Dublin, finally got to New York City. After playing in a couple of local rock bands, he formed his own band "Kagero". Kagero played almost every bar and club in NYC, and toured East Coast persistently. The band won Mountain Stage NewSong Contest in 2008 and performed at Mountain Stage in Charleston, West Virginia. After playing for 18 years, Kagero was disbanded in the summer of 2015. Kaz continues to write new songs and to perform solo. He made it in the top 10 finalists in 2015 NewSong contest and performed at Lincoln Center.
I can bring a small amp for my vocal and guitar together with mic and mic stand. This should be loud enough for a room with 50/60 people. If you want me to play in a bigger venue, I will have to ask you to prepare the appropriate size of gears for me.
