She took every advantage of opportunities for local or institutional radio and find relevant gigs in other for her to complement her radio presentation career. She has supplemented many of her on-air work by posting information online, such as on blog, she has also created a demo for her radio station and for other potential employers. She has extensive networking and brand developments. Alecia Hill is fluent in public speaking; she creates high-impact, transformative speech and delivers it with high confidence, poise, and power. Although there was some challenging time in her life like the passing away of some of her loved once in death and at a time becoming homeless, she never got discouraged although she got support from others; she remained ever strong in her works and activities turning setbacks into comebacks. And this fine and radical resilience spirit gave others the encouragement to always remain strong like her no matter any difficulty faced, and always continue with their dreams until they come to pass.
