First I want to find out your needs for the specific event. Are you hiring me to work a full service bar in a restaurant or other commercial setting? Or is it a private event (residential or otherwise) that needs all supplies provided? I can provide everything needed - from tools to garnishes to fresh squeezed juices - other than alcohol. Due to local regulations this must be provided by the event host.
Working in restaurants/hotels since I was 16, I’ve curated my skills to be adaptable to various environments. I’ve worked in some of the busiest restaurants in Orange County, alongside some of the most talented staff. I look forward to bringing those skills to your next event!
