When they entered everyone was seated and talking. Algiers Brass Band entered and the crowd was on their feet and hit the dance floor! Everyone had an excellent time. Bandleader, Lee E. Anderson does Louis Armstrong on his trumpet and plays snare drum. He is also a licensed, instrument rated helicopter pilot, as well as a Psychology major in college. Born and raised in Algiers, this former U.S. Army Drill Sergeant wants to bring Algiers back together again through music and good times. "We bring great live music and fun everywhere we go, so hop aboard the Algiers Brass Bandwagon and laissez le bon temps rouler!"
We are a low maintenance band. We don't require electricity. We bring our own instruments. We rock the house and leave you wanting more!

As we are all New Orleanians, we have been influenced by the sounds of Louis Armstrong.
We have nothing to plug in because we are a brass band. Hence, we only require the space for 6 to seven musicians. On the other hand, if your event guests want to secondline dance, then the amount of space is up to you.
