Wether it's a keynote, telesummit or workshop, Alicia is sure to deliver valuable information in a fun and encouraging way!
1. 6-8 foot table with table cloth at the back of the room close to entry way
2. If Client agrees to supply equipment to support speaker's powerpoint presentation, please set up in working order: PC or MAC with USB drive, all necessary software, LCD projector, electricity for equipment, with extension cords, as needed, to connect the equipment to available electrical outlets, and a large screen (or an unobstructed large white wall) at the event location.
3. For audiences greater than 25 people, a wireless lapel or wireless handheld microphone and sound system.
4. The Client shall arrange seating to ensure that no attendees have their backs to the speaker or to the screen upon which visual aids are projected. Lighting should permit comfortable viewing of visual aids without excessive darkness or screen washout.
5. Stage will have a small table or podium to hold speaker notes, props or other visual aids, and a pitcher of water and drinking glass or cup to be furnished by Client.
6. Provide a 3 foot by 1 foot floor space for a self-standing, 7 foot retractable banner to be placed next to entry way. If this is not possible, place inside the event space at a prime location for viewing.
