Hello, my name is Alison Brook and I'm a singer/songwriter from southwest Michigan. I play guitar, ukulele, and dabble on the accordion, banjo, and other weird instruments!
I love to sing pop/folk music, but I also jump at the opportunity to sing soul, folk, pop, and alternative music. Another bonus is that I am classically trained, so I'm able to sing that aria you always wished someone would sing at your wedding!

What to Expect
Most of the time I perform with an acoustic guitar. My set up is great for a listening environments. I am able to bring my own sound equipment as well. Please give about an hour for set up and take down, before and after the event.

Additional Booking Notes
Most of the time, unplugged performances, though possible, are not ideal. In order to save myself from overexerting my voice, I must be kind to it and use amplification. I am able to do as simple or as complicated a set up as you need for the venue's space.
