Alyssa Jean Signature Events

First, we schedule an initial consultation (whether over the phone, meeting for a Saturday morning coffee or grabbing a mid-week cocktail during Happy Hour) to get to know you as a couple – what is your style, what are your hobbies, what makes you tick? By getting to know YOU, we can help you visualize and design your special wedding day. We also want to understand what you need from us and how we can best help you.

After our first conversation, we will follow up with a custom proposal and pricing that covers everything you need (and probably some things you didn’t even know you needed, after all, that is what we are here for!) We will hold your wedding date for (7) days while you review the proposal. Once you are ready to move forward, we will send you a contract to sign. After the paperwork and deposit are in, your date is officially reserved and the fun part begins!

We will set up a second meeting (preferable for this one to be in-person) and get an idea of where you are in the planning process. We will let you know what to bring to this meeting depending on which service you have booked and how far along you are. We will discuss all that has been done so far, what still needs to be done, and develop a plan for the next steps. We promise you will leave this meeting feeling completely at-ease that you have a wedding planning expert on your side ensuring that every little detail will be attended to.

I started Alyssa Jean Signature Events from my passion and love for the event planning industry, but more specifically, with planning weddings. I absolutely love the entire process from meeting with the couple the very first time to learning about their vision for their big day and playing a vital role in making that vision a reality. There is nothing more rewarding to me than the expression on a couple’ s face when the doors to their reception are first opened and they are seeing their vision brought to life.
