I provide a completely unique musical experience. I will bring the ambience of the Kleyn Klavier to your dinner or lounge. I designed and built the Kleyn Klavier myself. The sound is ethereal. It is a keyboard acoustic instrument that sounds like a cross between a guitar, harp and piano. I offer amplification if the client wants, as the natural sound itself is very soft. It is best suited to ambient relaxing improvisations. I do not play specific songs. Both the sound and the music will be unique. This will add the perfect touch of class and relaxation to your event.

I bring the Kleyn Klavier in parts and have everything ready to go before the appointed time. I can either play purely acoustically or I can add amplification, depending on client preference. I play for 50 min at a time, followed by a 15 minute break. The music I play is improvised. This means that I cannot take requests for specific songs. The actual instrument I bring may vary in color, finish and range somewhat, as I have a few Kleyn Klaviers that I have built. I only play music, I do not sing. I cannot help with the evening's general entertainment or announcements.
I am a mostly self taught multi-instrumentalist and composer. I also design and build my own instruments. My style is part minimalist, new age, world and cinematic.
Free improvisation. It is in a way related to minimalist classical or new age, but often times has a Far Eastern flair.
