My music? I can swing from ballads to hellfire rocking and back again. It's a little alternative pop with some rootsy Americana built right in, not to mention some stunning harmonica. I can play originals, or throw in cover songs for whatever mood your event needs. I can play solo, with a percussionist, or with a band.
Amy and her band, Cheap Comfort, were a joy to work with for our End of Summer Party. The party was an outdoor company event open to the public to create buzz and and help support a local non-profit. Amy talked with us on the phone and stayed in contact throughout the planning period via text, even providing content to help us promote on social media. Besides being talented musicians with lovely easy-to-listen-to voices, they provided all their own technical support, and arrived promptly. At the event they vibed off the crown which had a mixed demographic which ranged from young adults, families with children, and more. As the night passed on, Cheap Comfort was intuitive with their song choice, and even helped us MC our raffle. Would definitely recommend or book again.
Amy Henderson and Cheap Comfort played for our outdoor adult camp out. It was awesome. They were so easy to work with and kept our group entertained for HOURS. Will definitely be calling her again!
With a 24 hour request, Amy saved the day for our event! She was absolutely amazing and rocked the house! I would highly recommend her for future events!

Amy Henderson is a fun-loving and captivating musician. Not only is she talented, but she has a warm rapport with any audience and people immediately feel at ease and in a good mood. A seasoned professional, she knows how to read a crowd and strives to make every performance the best.
Amy Henderson has been entertaining crowds up and down the east coast for years with her buoyant and soulful Indie folk rock. Her music encompasses many styles - from gritty Americana, to alternative folk to lonesome ballads, all with some serious pop hooks thrown in. Adding to her intelligent songwriting is a clear and captivating voice and amazing harmonica, all richly complimenting her solid guitar playing. Amy has a number of fine recordings under her belt, including her own original CD “Back Down” and is enjoying collaborating with her acoustic trio, the Orderlies (Beautiful You).
I can provide my own PA system. I have a Bose PAS as well as a Mackie 8 channel conventional board. I am adaptable to nearly any setting.
