Hi!
My name is Anna, I was born and raised in Northern Europe.
I was always fascinated by winemaking process and wrote my first article about it when I was 10. This passion later branched out to deep dive into mixology. I became a party bartender and worked for several years before the pandemic. During that time I decided to go back to my childhood dream of becoming a sommelier. I studied in Paris for several months and graduated as a sommelier and a food pairing specialist. Very quickly I was offered a job back home in the US and enjoyed creating wine menu, closely working with the restaurant's chef on modernizing the menu and the whole restaurant brand.
I currently live and work in NYC and my favorite thing to do is serve all kinds of parties with beautiful cocktails, and a champagne sabering show. I love when guests scream of excitement as the fountain of champagne hits the air, I love being a part of my client's big moments and celebrating in such a classy way.
I also call myself a bar stylist. Imagine when you get all your clothes out and make up new outfits, clear the junk and add new pieces that instantly become your go to? That's what I do to your home bar! It's the most personalized and luxurious service you can imagine. At the end, your bar will be your favorite entertainment piece and I can even train you on a couple of fancy tricks. Perhaps the crown jewel will be the house cocktail I can create just for you!
