Overview
I graduated from Longwood University with a Bachelors in Art and Eastern Virginia Medical School with a masters in Art Therapy. I have an extensive art background and have been providing my services for about 10 years now! I provide: Face-painting, Balloon sculpting, and Sharpie Temporary Tattoos. I am available weekday evenings and most, if not all, weekends!. Give me a call for all of your school, prom, church, corporation, picnic and party needs! You wont be disappointed!

She was excellent in balloon twisting. The kids at the party loved the balloons and enjoyed a lot.
She was very innovative and had so many design ready for the kids!

Shelby showed up early, worked late, handled rowdy children, needy adults, made a fairy garden birthday even more magical, with skilled professional, caring artwork and some amazing balloon dragonflies!!! My daughter Daphne and her friends LOVED IT! A value at any price!

Artistic innovations was absolutely perfect. My boys along with the other children were very happy. They had a great selection for the kids to pick from and googled if needed for other suggestions. My son's 5 year old birthday party was yesterday, and we hired Artistic Innovations for face painting.
It was incredible. Very professional, punctual, and the work was amazing. All of the kiddos got exactly what they wanted in incredible detail.

Shelby was AWESOME! She is excellent at what she does! We hired her for my son's 2nd birthday party and she exceeded my expectations. She was professional, timely, very pleasant to work with and very good with all of the kids. I would hire her for any event several times over. We had a wonderful party and Im so glad I found her! It was also very convenient that she does balloon artistry too. Exactly what I was looking for.

We hired Shelby(Artisic Innovations) for my daughters 3rd birthday party. Price and communication was excellent. She showed up on time, quick setup and the kids loved her. She was very talented and all the moms were asking for her business card. Highly recommend!

What to Expect
I offer many different services from Face-painting, Balloon sculpting, clown services, Sharpie and Henna Temporary Tattoos. I bring my own supplies, unless a table and chairs is already at the site. My paint is all high quality, hypo-allergenic and washes off easily with soap and water. Sharpie tattoos can last up to a few days but easily come off with soap and water or sometimes may need a little rubbing alcohol.
I love what I do and you can expect everyone else who attends your event to be having just as much fun as I do!
