Thank you so much! It was a pleasure to meet you and perform for your fabulous party!
She was great. Thanks again.
Catherine played beautifully and was very prepared. Thank you!!!
Not only what she pkayed was perfection, my guests loved it. They felt it added perfection to the service and the level of class that they always expect from me. The hotel staff were so delighted with the music, they cut off their "canned music" they were playing in the atrium, because so many hotel guests were calling the desk because they were also enjoying the performace and wanted to hear it. They were coming out on their balconys to hear and opening the doors to their rooms to listen.
Response from AtlantaHarpist:
Thank you, Patrick, for your kind words. It was an honor to perform for you and your family and friends, and I'm so glad you were pleased!
Best wishes,
Catherine
I would definately hire her again!
Atlanta Harpist was such a great touch to our Mother’s Day event! She was very professional and talented. Her music was phenomenal and our guest didn’t want her to stop playing! She was very prompt and on time and dressed beautifully and presented Eloquently. I will definitely be hiring Atlanta Harpist again!
Easily a 5 star rating!
Catherine is a very talented and professional harpist. She arrived one hour before our event and was ready to start on time. Initially, we had planned for here to play for 3 hours, but as a kid hooked on sugar, we needed to have more!! We asked her to stay for an extra hour. Catherine made our anniversary amazing, and here harp made us fall in love all over again.
If you are looking for a Harpist, look no furder!
The music filled the open atrium and everyone was in awe. Some have never seen a harp. The evening was made special by Catherine. It was the talk of the night.
Thank you.

Catherine arrives early for set up and tuning. She requires a signed contract and retainer to reserve a date and time. For wedding ceremonies Catherine offers a free, one-hour consultation to select the processional and recessional music if needed. Consultations are not necessary for other events. She will try to coordinate with the event color scheme or design theme when possible for an overall look that is harmonious and pleasing.
Catherine Rogers has performed for more than 3000 engagements including wedding ceremonies, receptions, parties, teas, grand openings, memorial services and silent auctions. She has played in many popular Atlanta restaurants and has been principal harpist for the DeKalb Symphony and for DeKalb Music Theatre.
Catherine enjoys helping her clients choose exactly the right music for each event. Her extensive repertoire includes pieces from classical to Celtic to contemporary and Broadway to pop to New Age.
Catherine's harps have microphones built in so amplification is easily provided for large groups or outdoor settings. The harp can also plug into the house sound system in hotel ballrooms and church sanctuaries.
Harps are sensitive to temperature and humidity so must be sheltered from extreme temperatures, direct sun, strong wind, and sudden showers. My amplifier runs on battery or electricity. If your outdoor event is after sunset, I will need an electric outlet for a stand light. Generally I can set up in a space approximately 6 feet by 6 feet on a smooth, level surface, preferably out of the traffic path. I play outdoors April through October. Because harps are moved on wheeled dollies, it can go most places that are handicap accessible, within reason.
