She did a balloon column for my birthday party. I provided the picture and she built it per my picture. I’m very happy with the result. She is easy to work with and delivered on time. I highly recommend her!

Chloe was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Her prices were reasonable and the finished product was absolutely beautiful. She didn't skimp on supplies. The arch was very full and just what we imagined...Better actually! She was on time, set up without any issues, and we couldn't be more pleased. This was for a nonprofit dinner event where we were raising funds to help support our mission. We will absolutely use Balloon LA and Chloe next time we have an event in San Diego or the surrounding area as they do travel within reason. We highly recommend using Balloon LA the next time you need a balloon arch or balloon decor. Between the customer service, talent, and pricing, you can't go wrong.

I hired this company for my sons 1st birthday party. They did amazing work. They had communication with me every step of the way. I let them decorate how the liked and it was perfect!!! . They did an Amazing job and made my sons bday special. I recommend them 1000% for any event
Chloe at Balloon LA maintained wonderful communication prior and showed up on time for the install. She already had quite a bit of the work prepped. She was able to work with our unique office setup to install a cascade of balloons along the side of a balcony doorway. As she was getting close to finishing, she added a few additional balloons of a different color to help make the installation pop out even more. She exceeded my expectations and I will absolutely be hiring her again. Thank you!
