As soon as we collect all the details (When, where and how) from our clients we get busy researching, prepping and coordinating.

We like to stay in touch with our clients to make sure we’re on track for our event date ensure all goes smoothly and less stress for our clients.

On the scheduled event date we arrive on site with most balloons inflated in preparation for install. We build our design on site which can take 1-4 hours depending on the size and complexity of our client’s project.

Most times our client’s keep their balloon designs up as long as they like and will take down at their own discretion.

We do offer designs that include our stands which we would make arrangements to return and take down ourselves.

We offer balloon decor for all events indoors and outdoors. There are some restrictions we have in place to ensure we deliver the best sustainable design for our clients.
Although we use high quality biodegradable latex balloons, there can be times and circumstances when they will pop. We’ve been able to help curve balloons popping by advising what type of balloons fair better than others in direct heat and sunlight. As an example, we would never recommend metallic or chrome balloons for an outdoor event in direct sunlight and over 75 degrees. They will pop.
