Beagle Creek Bluegrass is a five piece, high energy, band that delivers faithful recreations of traditional bluegrass tunes as well as modern crossovers and originals. A self contained traveling show, we use the traditional single mic style common in the original bluegrass groups, but can adjust according to the venue. We play parties and festivals, small clubs and private events.
They were wonderful and worked well with the crowd and the party we were having. I would highly recommend them. There set up and tear down was very easy!
Once every decade or so comes along a band so real, so grounded, so super talented that you forget all other musical experiences- the 8 tracks of Joe Walsh in your buddy's car, the time those two guys sang harmony at a table in a corner bar, or just listening to the Who's Tommy with headphones on in your brother's closet. Our band is capable of being center stage, the focal point of your crowds attention or the background for whatever scene is planned. We show up on time, presentable and being a traditional band that has adopted the old single mic styles, our footprint can be very small.
Our bluegrass band has a penchant for faithfully recreating the songs that have been woven into the fabric of the bluegrass tradition. Whether with soul filled vocals or through pulse raising instrumentals our banjo and fiddle, mandolin, guitar and bass blend together to give the sounds of the old homestead.
We are a self contained band. We like to utilize the old style single mic with our members dancing in and out from the microphone. It leads to a uniquely beautiful choreography.

Our traditional bluegrass influences include most of the first and second generation bluegrass acts. Flatt and Scruggs, Bill Monroe and the Osborne and the Stanley brothers. If it has been played in a bluegrass style we can take a crack at it
