Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Sundae Catering

We cater events both small and large, from birthday parties to wedding receptions, even corporate appreciation events.

Can we do an outdoor event?
Absolutely! Not only can we do them, they are our favorite! We offer table top catering, mobile cart (yes, the old school ice cream push cart), or even our mobile Ben & Jerry's ice cream shop. We bring it to you, park it outside, open it up, and scoop away!
We’re very flexible about the kinds of settings we can work in.

Is there a minimum number of people for a catering event?
For most parties, our minimum is 50 people. But, nothing is set in stone. If you are interested, we are too, and we will even tweak our packages to give you exactly what you are looking for!

What comes with catering?
In addition to the super premium frozen treats and toppings, we bring the cups, bowls, spoons and napkins for your guests and all supplies needed to set up and clean up.

What do YOU need to provide for a catering?
We’ll need access to electricity for most types of parties. If we’re bringing a cart to an indoor space, we’ll need a ramp or loading dock and an elevator if we’re going to an upper floor. For table top events, we don't require electric, just hungry folks looking for ice cream!

How long do we serve?
We’ll arrive 30-60 minutes prior to the start of our scheduled time to set up. Parties normally run two hours and then we clean up. Let us know if you’d like more time – we’re happy to accommodate where we can.

How many flavors will we bring?
The number of flavors varies by catering package. We recommend 3-4 flavors – to
keep things simple and so as not to run out of one, but we are happy to work with you if you’d like more!

What happens to the leftover ice cream?
Well this all depends, we bring enough so your guests won’t be disappointed by a flavor running out, and the "rules" state we are to bring the rest back with us. However, our owner has a habit of surprising catering clients with "extras" in one way or another - so don't be surprised if you end up with a large bulk of your favorite ice cream in your freezer!
