About
As of 1/28/13 Benjamin returned from a three month residency in China as the house drummer for a club called Soul Bar. He played a wide variety of music with various musicians, dancers, and dj's including pop, hip -hop, r and b, jazz and latin musical styles. Ben has studied with some of LA's finest drummer including Gary Ferguson(Eddie Money), Joe Porcaro, Ralph Humphrey (Frank Zappa, Dancing with the Stars), Tony Inzalaco, Dave Beyer (Christopher Cross), and also one of Chicago's legendary drummers Paul Wertico (Pat Metheny). Benjamin has performed/recorded/toured with - Jimmy McConnell Big Band, Joe Vent Big Band, Leo Keys, GB Duo, Ryan Starr (American Idol), Everyday Ghost, Paul Nagi, Austin Kolbe, Suddyn, George Swayne, Glen Martin, Chicago Mike Beck, Tony Ventura, Deborah Boston, Roosevelt University Ensembles, Metropolis Youth Symphony Orchestra at Carnegie Hall, John Hersey High School State Marching Band Grand Champions.
