They were ok communicators with about a 24-hour response time. They showed up on time, setup quickly and left. I discovered from a friend that the pricing was a bit expensive ($300 for a balloon arch) but I'm willing to pay for vendors that do good work.

I was so impressed by the customer service and more impressed by the style of balloon decor. I will definitely use them again. The only negative thing that I can really say, but it really isn’t negative, is the time limit that they took creating my daughters sweet 16 birthday epic party.
Doza Decor was my 2nd choice, pricing is a bit high, it became clear that I paid for quality and ideas, thank you so much, Doza & Co.
