The team at Bitton Event's has a lot of passion, and they bring that every day. There is nothing they won't try to do to make an amazing event. They get involved on the front end by really trying to understand not just the purpose of the meeting and what we're trying to accomplish, but even more how is the meeting trying to advance our brand is trying to go…and then they think of how we bring that to life in terms of a corporate meeting. The DJ and decorator at Bitton Events are amazing!
I couldn't wait to tell you how happy we were with Caroline's Bat Mitzvah party, and want to thank the team at Bitton Events for making it so AMAZING! Everyone loved the music and didn't stop dancing the entire party! The songs, the games were GREAT, the kids and adults had the best time! You did a PERFECT job and we would not have changed a single thing. Bitton Events, DJ Alex and the terrific dancers kept the party rockin' and we've gotten so many compliments. We love your enthusiasm and outstanding personality MC'ing! All the songs we requested were played which made us very happy. A big THANK YOU for making Caroline's special day so memorable. My fiance and I were completely overwhelmed when we first started planning our wedding, trying to balance what we envisioned with the expectations of our families. As soon as we decided to use Carolina from Bitton Events as our wedding planner, we started to enjoy the process a lot more. She is warm, funny, extremely organized, responsive to our emails, and has advice for everything! She was able to help me navigate everything from family politics to deciphering what type of flower I was trying to describe.
For our wedding day, we had Nicole as our wedding coordinator and we absolutely adored her. She checked in a few days before the wedding and the morning of to see how I was doing and even went out of her way to bring me a copy of the Miami Herald so we could photograph our wedding announcement. She did a really good job of reminding us not to worry about the small details and just to go with the flow of the day. We had comments from our family and wedding guests that "the people running our event" did a really good job because the day flowed perfectly. I really appreciated her calm and positive energy throughout the day. I have no idea whether anything went wrong on our wedding day because she literally took care of everything.
Throughout the entire wedding planning process, we had many vendors tell us, completely unsolicited, that Carolina, Nicole and the Bitton Events team are the best in the business in Miami. It's one thing for brides to love their wedding planners, but I think that the vendors opinions speak volumes since they see the "behind the scenes" truth. Having the Bitton Events team help you plan your wedding is certainly one of the best decisions any couple can make, no matter where they are in the wedding planning process.
One is always concerned when selecting a service from an unknown entity, especially one as important as entertainment. Your responsiveness to my inquiry and willingness to assist me with all my questions was impressive. Your fees were quite reasonable considering the services that were offered. The DJ, Electric Violinist and the day of coordinator exceeded all of our expectations. More importantly, the night was a huge success for the Sweet 16 Birthday girl. The music and dancing never stopped and the kids had a terrific time, declaring it was the best party they had been to this year! She is still smiling and will have memories to last a lifetime. I chose Nicole from Bitton Events to be my day of coordinators for my wedding on April 3, 2013 on the beach in Miami. I was a very hands on bride, planned our entire wedding, made our table numbers, favors, etc, so after months and months of hard work I knew when the big day came that I wanted to be able to enjoy every moment and not have to stress any unforseen challenges. Bitton Events gave me that freedom and piece of mind on my wedding day and I am just so appreciative that we had them!! They assisted with basically everything from arranging the days timeline and getting the boys their boutonnieres, to taping the straps of my dress on and giving me mouthwash at the reception! Carolina (wedding planner) even walked my grandmother down the aisle at the rehearsal because she had noone to walk with, I mean how sweet is that! They did a killer job working with our caterer setting up all the little details at the reception and when the band tried to end 10 minutes early they made sure they played exactly until 10 on the dot!! I am sure there are a million other little things that I could praise them for but i dont think there is enough room in this little box :) Plain and simple-Hiring Bitton Events was one of the best decisions I made regarding the wedding, we are forever grateful for the hard work, enthusiasm and support they gave us on the most important and special day of our lives!

It is an absolute delight working with Bitton Events as our corporate convention planner. Bitton Events is great! They helped me plan a a fantastic surprise 65th birthday party for my mother. I live in Colorado while the party was in Palm Beach. Carolina helped me with everything from selecting the venue, theme, decorations, flower, entertainment and all the set up. Even doing this from a distance I was completely comfortable with the decision making process. The party was a great success, our guests were absolutely thrilled. We engaged in Bitton Events for two significant events in 2013; both events required significant creative, planning and execution to detail within two venues that challenged the organizational dimensions of food services, audience way-finding, and accommodation of unique presentation/agenda objectives. Bitton Events managed to accommodate over 1,000 attendees, a host of program presenters, event sponsors, vendors, and registration dynamics and they did it with professional attention to detail. Earlier this year, I was assigned to plan a party in June. The single best decision I made throughout the entire planning and execution process was to work with Bitton Events. We worked with Bitton Events for our reception on 4/27/2013 at the Ritz-Carlton, Coconut Grove, Miami. Bitton Events provided incredible up-lighting services. Our reception was a great success and I attribute that to Carolina's help with the preparation and execution of our big day! We are both mid-twenties and had a solid group of similar aged friends, so music and dance floor was an integral part of our reception. Andy ensured that we met prior to the wedding so that we could go through the process and our ideas. The meeting was great because not only did we get our ideas/expectations across, Andy brought many other ideas and enhancements to the table. Most importantly for the aspects of the evening that you don't necessarily think about or fully through. Even my fiance left feeling great about the timeline, songs, and comfort with Andy's skills! Andy's experience as a DJ and with weddings makes it so that he has endless options on ways to tailor your experience (voice-overs, fade outs, song mixes). He even provided us with the most exceptional wedding exit, which we believed to be above and beyond our original expectations of our DJ! Bitton Events professionalism and consistent work ethic to make our day as perfect as possible, made their services something I never had to think twice about. Bitton Events commitment to excellence was obviously noted during the night and we had great reviews from our friends after the evening as well. We had such a great time and I honestly might have never left the dance floor, along with our friends, during the night!
My fiance Mike and I first hired Nicole at Bitton Events for partial planning for our wedding on May 8th 2013. At the time we lived in upstate New York and we were having a destination wedding in Palm Beach, FL. We had no idea on where to begin; we only knew the theme/ feeling we wanted our wedding to portray. We both knew that we would need some sort of help to have the wedding we wanted. When we first met with Nicole, her excitement and enthusiasm were palpable. After talking to her for a little while, it was evident that she knew exactly what we were looking for. Mike and I both left feeling incredibly happy and excited, as well as extremely confident that we were in good hands. Since then, Mike and I have moved to Ohio for work and have switched to full planning with Bitton Events. I honestly don’t know what we would do without Nicole! She has made the whole planning process simple and easy, which is exactly what we need with hectic work schedules and living so far away. Planning honestly would be impossible for us without Bitton Events!
We hired Bitton Event for a holiday reception – we had no holiday decorations up since we were going to be out of town. Carolina and Nicole decorated and transformed the entire interior of our home with decor they provided into a very tasteful and gorgeous holiday affair, from the glass ornaments hanging on the chandelier, to garland on the banisters and mantels – to the festive replacement pillows on the couches…they thought of every last detail! AMAZING! Within 2 hours after the party, it looked like we never had a holiday celebration at our house. We would recommend them for any event – we were able to completely relax and enjoy ourselves.

What events do you cover?
Our services are flexible enough for any event or celebration. We specialize in corporate and social events ranging from corporate luncheons, galas, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, engagements, quinces, corporate, luncheons, fashion shows, fundraisers, children's parties, birthdays, and private events.
How long do you recommend booking my event in advance?
As long as possible! Our calendar fills up months in advance so it's best to contact us as soon as possible so we can secure the date for you. You can also visit our website to check availability for your date.
How can I make sure my date is secured?
We will never double-book an event, ever! To ensure you are the ONLY event for us, we simply ask for a 50% deposit to secure the date for you with the rest payable before the event. If you need to change the date, please let us know within 30 days.
What payment do you accept?
We accept credit card, cash, checks, and wire transfers.
Where are your prices?
Every event is unique and we love to customize packages according to your exact needs. It wouldn't be fair to pay the same for a 40 person luncheon as opposed to a 300 person party at a large venue.
How early do you arrive at my event?
It all depends on the amount of equipment and packages selected. It usually takes the DJ 45 minutes to setup, although we make sure they arrive at least 2 hours in advance. For larger gatherings, our staff will be on hand anywhere from 5-12 hours before to setup lighting and any other enhancements.
Will Bitton Events travel outside the City, State, or Country?
Yes and we love destination events! Our team (especially DJs) have been all over the US (most commonly NY, Chicago, California, and Vegas) and have also traveled around the world (Venezuela, Guatemala, Panama, Colombia, Austria, Israel, London, and even Australia) for parties.
Do I get to choose the music?
Of course! Included in the online planning guide is a lengthy section covering which music genres you like. Based on your selection, we will pair you up with the best DJ and Entertainer that matches! Simply let us know which songs MUST be played, which ones CAN be played, and which ones should most definitely NOT be played. There is also a section specifying when to play each genre or song (Cocktail Hour, Dinner, or Dancing).

Do you have insurance?
Yes and we are one of the few companies in South Florida which carries general liability insurance up to $1,000,000. We believe it is one of the single most important elements in our company as it protects us as well as yourselves and your guests. We are happy to provide a copy of our insurance certificate immediately upon request. Many venues also require this now, so please make sure all of your other vendors have this as well.
Will I have to make my own announcements or will your DJs take care of that?
Of course not! Our DJs are well trained in the art of "MCing" (otherwise known as "talking on the microphone"). If you need a DJ to make announcements in a different language please let us know in advance as we currently have DJs who can speak English, Spanish, French, Hebrew, and English with a classy British accent if requested! We train our DJs to keep the talking to a minimum for Weddings and Corporate events and then transform into a DJ Entertainer for kids parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Quinces, and other events as needed or requested.
