To ensure that your event runs flawlessly we strictly enforce the following:
Our Bartenders/Servers will arrive 1 hour early to assist in set-up, get familiar with the location layout, and go over service/product specifics with the host.
Our Bartenders/Servers are required to arrive dressed in full uniform for the duration of the event consisting of black dress pants, black collared dress shirt, black dress shoes, & black tie (if requested by the Host). Every uniform should be pressed & professional.
Gina is a BOMB teacher. Knows her stuff inside and out and GREAT personality

We take pride in providing our clients with professional, knowledgeable, and friendly food, beverage, and entertainment professionals who work hard to ensure your guest’s needs are not only met, but exceeded!
To ensure that your event runs flawlessly we strictly enforce the following:
* Our Bartenders will arrive 1 hour early to assist in set-up, get familiar with the location layout, and go over service/product specifics with the host. Servers will require a 1-2 hour(s) of setup time.
* Our team is required to arrive dressed in full uniform for the duration of the event consisting of black dress pants/skirt, black collared dress shirt/dress blouse, black dress shoes, & black tie for gentlemen (if requested by the Host). Every uniform should be pressed & professional.
* Our team members are expected to be professional, knowledgeable, and friendly while providing the highest level of guest service at all times.
* Our Bartenders are aware that they may only place a “Tip Jar” out for gratuities if it is preapproved by the event Host(s). If you prefer our Bartenders not solicit gratuities, or will be hiring servers, it is required that the Host(s) add an ADDITIONAL 35% gratuity to their final payment that shall be given directly to your team. All Servers will require an additional 35% automatic gratuity added to your final bill.
* We ask that a non-refundable deposit of 50% be paid in cash or by credit card at the time you wish to book our services. The remaining balance can be paid in full 30 days before the event.
